Our Store Policies 


Phone Hours: Mon-Friday 9am-5pm EST (Normally on lunch break from 12:30-1:30). If we're away from our desk, please leave a message.


Orders: Please help us keep costs down by placing your order online. We currently do not take telephone orders

 

Product FAQ: We try to keep as much information on our products on the website. If you need additional product information before purchasing please send your inquiry via email directly to "blackpearlwellness@gmail.com" You should receive a reply within 24 hours. 


Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Your card is charged at checkout so we cannot make changes.


Coupon Codes: Coupon codes MUST be entered correctly at checkout. You should see the discount before you check out. Sign up for our monthly retail mailing list to receive our money saving coupon codes.


Shipping/Handling: We currently only ship to the USA via USPS priority flat rate mail. Once you order is placed, you will receive a tracking number within 48 hours. Product should arrive within 1-3 business days depending upon your proximity to your retail offices located in Atlanta, GA.

 

Face-to-Face Deliveries-Limited request for face-to-face delivery will be considered for those residing in the Atlanta metro with a paid order of  $50 or more. Shipping cost will then be refunded to the order. 


Returns: All retail orders come with a 30 day money back guarantee. Simply return the merchandise in its original, new condition with the sales receipt and a note stating your reason for return and we'll refund your purchase price. No need to call. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.


Additions/Cancellations: Please check your order carefully BEFORE you check out. We cannot make changes once your order has been placed. If you need additional merchandise, you will need to place another order. Cancelled orders will incur a 15% restocking fee which will be subtracted from your refund.


Backorders: As a small business in the event we run out of a product you seek, we will notify you via email once the product is available again. Because of our method of soap making, soaps on backorder may take up to 4-weeks to restock due to extended curing times needed for soap. 


Incorrect, Damaged or Lost Goods: Save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days. If you suspect your package is lost, contact us immediately. Failure to contact us promptly voids any responsibility we may have had.


Catalog: In an effort to save trees & to keep costs down, we do not offer a printed catalog.


Privacy: We never share your personal information with anyone. Sensitive information entered online is encrypted & transmitted using state of the art SSL (Secure Socket Layers) technology. We're PCI compliant too which insures your safety online & off.


Holiday Closings: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Winter Break (Christmas Eve through New Years Day)


Animal Testing: None of our products are tested on animals.


Disclaimer: Although allergic reactions to our pure and natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend testing our products first by using them on a small patch of skin for 24 hours. If redness or irritation develops, discontinue use.
